To ensure the effective utilisation and impactful contribution of the MasChain Grant towards the development of the blockchain ecosystem, the following ‘Success Criteria’ need to be followed. These criteria are designed to guide applicants in preparing their proposals and to set a benchmark for evaluating submissions :
Innovation and Technical Excellence
Projects should exhibit a high level of innovation and technical sophistication. Applications must present well-researched or tested concepts, with a preference for projects demonstrating some prior work or development.
Projects should contribute uniquely to the MasChain ecosystem by offering new solutions, enhancing existing technologies, or providing significant technical advancements.
Sustainability and Maintenance

Ethical and Responsible Development
Projects must adhere to high ethical standards, promoting positive societal impacts while abstaining from facilitating gambling, illicit trade, money laundering, or any criminal activities.
We do not fund projects that have successfully conducted a token sale or those primarily focused on tokens. The application should emphasise the software development of MasChain or the research being undertaken.
Clear and Detailed Proposal
Applications must be rich in technical details, with a well-defined project scope and objectives. Proposals should clearly articulate how the project stands out in the competitive landscape or introduce novel technology to the ecosystem.
Compliance with Grant Policies
Teams must complete any previously awarded grants before applying for a new one. This ensures dedication to the project and efficient use of resources.
